Black cloth with gilt pears motif on the front cover and gilt titles to the spine. Book condition very good, the front and back covers are faded, the black has worn from the cloth in places, the contents however are very clean. Dust jacket condition very good, edges a little rubbed, grubby, price clipped, protected. With 36 woodcut illustrations by Kay Ambrose.
