A very scarce book by a Presbyterian minister who was active in 'debunking'; he wrote many articles against the Mormons as well, and against evolutionary science. 12mo, brown cloth with bevelled edges, no dj; good (rear cover soiled; gilt on spine darkened; spine ends and corners bumped and worn; hinges starting; owner's name on ffep; ffep and title page creased and torn along side edge; foxing to eps, none in text; eps and pages toned). 321pp incl. index.
