Tall octavo, pp. xii, 204, 90 halftone plates, green cloth boards with gilt lettering and decoration to spine, halftone photos, library cancellation stamps on free front endpaper. The author worked in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Ontario to gather material for this study. Condition of this book: Rear hinge cracked, scratches at fore edge, overall good, clean inside. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
