About This Item
London: Eyre & Spottiswoode, 1960. First Edition . Hardcover. Second printing (in the month after the first printing) of the first British edition, very good in a very good dust jacket. The rose colored cloth boards are slightly faded in places, and the endpapers and page edges are a little soiled. The price clipped jacket has some edgewear, and the lamination is peeling in a few places, There is also a closed tear at the top of the front flap fold. A tight, square copy of the author's fifth book, with no names or other markings.
