Methuen & Co, 1932. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1932. Fourth edition. 134 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. From the Methuen's Modern Classics series. Translated by Alexander Teixeira de Mattos. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Previous owner's inscription to front and rear endpapers. Dark ink stain to p65, but text still legible. Many dog-eared corners. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. A bit scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Several minor dents to board edges.
