Clean and VG+ in its olive pictorial cloth, with bright gilt-titling along the front panel and spine. A bit of light spotting at the spine, one scuff mark to the rear panel. 12mo, 8 full-page illustrations complementing Jacob Riis's text by C.M. Relyea and others.
