A short story of an improving nature, ideal for a Sunday School prize - as here. Prize label on front free end paper which has lost the lower quarter of the page. First published 1874. This copy is undated but has a printer's code at rear for 1889. Publisher's pale brown cloth with black and gilt decoration. A well used copy with rubbing to binding, some fraying of spine ends and the inner joint cracked but holding. 159 pages. Size: 8vo. Illustrator: Kate Greenaway. Quantity Available: 1.
