About This Item

David Phillips Publishers / Wm. B. Eerdmans, Grand Rapids, 1989. 1st Edition. Soft cover. Poor/No Jacket. 261 pages (complete). USA ISBN: 0802804772. A much used but still assured copy. The cover has user and storage wear, marks and scuffing. The pages have underlinings and annotations. Nonetheless, despite this and the paper quality (an issue for South African book during the 1980s), the book is diligent, competent, generous-of-spirit, clear and sure. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
