Hardcover with dustjacket, "Two thousand copies of this Revised Edition have been printed, of which this copy is Number 262," illustrated with many photos and includes a Select Bibliography, book has tan spotting (foxing) on the outer page-edges, the binding is tight and the text and illustrations are fine, the jacket has a small amount of foxing on the flaps and a few short edge-tears, the reverse side of the jacket has heavier foxing, our professional (removable) mylar cover hides this flaw and prevents it from contacting with the book, the original price (10.00) is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included .
