Seal of the City of Ithaca embossed on front cover. Green paper covers with black lettering. Text tight, clean & intact. Cover wear at spine ends & top third of rear cover missing. Boundries, officers, Common Council, streets, highways & bridges, fire department & miscellaneous provisions. New York ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 85 pages .
