This is a Very Good Copy of this Book in Publisher's original blue pictorial cloth with gilt title lettering to both spine and upper cover,with skyline of Cambridge pictured to the front cover.No Dust-Jacket.This copy has been inscribed by the Author on the blank front endpaper and reads.......... '' To Mr & Mrs Dawson with best wishes from W.G & SC I assume thought it's hard to be exact.e to the half title page.Complete with 24 full page b&w engravings by W.G. Blackwell all of which have captioned tissue guards as protection.The book has a Firm binding with no leaning or rolling to spine.Their is a touch of foxing to the endpapers and to the fore-edge of the book,and a couple of the book's corners are rubbed and worn.however this remains a decent example of this beautifully illustrated work.Thick and heavy 4to 154pp First Edition [1927] . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1st Printing. 1927.
