From the title page to page 10 of the book, the bottom three quarters of the pages are detached from the binding so are loose and could become fully detached. There is a mark on the About the Author page at the back and some scuffs and light dents to the edges and corners of the cover but otherwise in good condition with pages crisp and clean.
