Blue cloth boards, silver gilt text, sharp, small spot to bottom. Protected, price unclipped, dustjacket is bright and clean, shelf wear to edges, chips to spine top. Book is firm in binding, b&w illustrations throughout, clean interior. Published for the National Collection of Fine Arts; this book accompanied the exhibit of the same name shown at the Smithsonian, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Whitney in 1968 and 1969. Essays by Martin Friedman, Bartlett Hayes and Charles Millard. Free of any markings, not ex-library. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 156 pages .
