Little, Bown, & Company, 1899. Book. Good +. Hardcover. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Scarce edition. Brown cloth with gilt decoration on front, gilt titles & decoration on spine. Top edge gilt. Wear, aging, soiling to covers. Binding is firm. Spine is moderately shaken. Front hinge is sprung with crash visible at front gutter. Play to rear hinge with cracking at gutter. Soiling to endpapers; otherwise interior is age toned, free of markings, with age spotting/flecking in margins throughout, bruising to upper page corners at center of text. .
