Second Edition. London: Horace Cox/Field Office, 1909 Large book with tan coloured boards, original cloth, 4to. The rear board is significantly marked but interior clean and bright, and binding very good with decorative lettering, no dw. Original owner's signature in ink on ffep, which like the back fep is heavily tanned, however interior pages have only scattered light foxing. pp 315, index. Numerous illustrations, including two fold outs, photos etc, erratum slip bound in on p. 67. Final plate has torn close to spine about 1 inch, there is slight peripheral damage carrying through several rear pages. In general a Near VG copy . Please see photos.
