About This Item

London: Chatto & Windus, 1994. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Soft cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. First edition first printing. Paperback book is tight clean and square. The covers have some handling marks and bumped edges and corners. The pages are crisp and unblemished. Feels lightly read. Very good condition. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A solid well bound copy of this title, copiously illustrated with film stills. A fascinating account of the role of the censor and BBFC covering the earliest examples through the progressive 1960/70s and video nasties.
