Boston: Rockwell And Churchill (By Order Of The City Council). Good+ with no dust jacket. 1876. First Edition. Rust cloth covered boards with gilt title to spine and gilt motif to front. Light edgewear, rubbing and soil. Corners and spine ends lightly bumped. Binding tender, text clean. Mild foxing to interior. Previous owner name to ffep. No stickers or stamps. Map laid in loose at rear, folded in an archival clear plastic pouch. Map is torn and chipped. Illustrated with b/w engravings, some with tissue guards. ; Small 4to, hardcover, 199 pages. .
