Quote by Art Spiegelman on back section of dust jacket declaring that the book "pins the feverish first stirrings of what it is to be a budding boy cartoonist with the dealy accuracy of a Batman punch!" Christmas gift inscription on front free endpaper dated 1993. Book is in Near Fine Condition: gift inscription; otherwise clean and bright.
