New York: The Devin-Adair Company, 1961. First printing (NAP). Hardcover. Very Good+/Fair. 5 3/4 x 8 1/2. 4F. Sewn binding in full cloth-covered boards, in dustjacket. Index and bibliography. This title is available in a cheap recent reprint, but this copy is the original Devin-Adair edition, with sewn binding and real cloth covers. A solid copy with firm binding, square spine and intact hinges. No marks. Some light smudging aloing page-edges. Small faint stains edge of back of map page. Unclipped dustjacket is 'Fair only" with much handling wear, shelf-soil, sunning and wear and tear along the edges; front flap creased.
