Volume 1: 402 pages, with b/w illustrations and photographic images throughout. Volume 2: 374 pages, with Index and fold-out map. With b/w illustrations and photographic images throughout both volumes. Volume 1's cover is split and detached along back side of spine, corners are bumped, and spine ends are worn. Top corner of Front FEP is clipped. Volume 2's spine ends are worn and corners bumped, and both hinges are cracked. Text and illustrations of both volumes are unmarked and fine. Both volumes lack dust-jackets.
