Philadelphia: S.R. Fisher & Co, 1868. Hardcover. Fair. 84 p., 1 folded map; 13 cm. Original calf spine with brown paper over boards with title on front board printed in black; publisher's advertisements on back board. S.R. Fisher & Co. is described as publishing agent of the German Reformed Church. The frontispiece is a folded map of Palestine produced by P.S. Duval & Son, lithographer, Philadelphia. A very scarce work intended to help teach children the geography of the Middle East. In Fair Condition: much of leather over spine is lacking and boards are detached but present; discoloration along spine; frontispiece and title page are detached together, but completely intact; otherwise, clean and tight.
