A detailed description of 4801 items including collations, commentary, historical significance, etc, for one of the most important libraries of western Americana ever assembled. The Index of Maps to the collection, is in original heavy paper wraps, published separately in 1972, as a supplement to the main work, but often not found with it. It has 4 small maps and detailed index and is in fine clean condition. A picture of this book is available on request by email.
