Illustrated with black and white photographic plates figures and colour plates.. Undated, early Twentieth Century. Set of four volumes. Firmly bound green cloth binding with gilt titles, decorations and top closed page edges. Some handling wear and a few marks including rubbing to board edges and corners. Mostly clean inside with light foxing and browning to end papers. Publisher's insert states that this edition has been especially for subscription which was not obtainable through the general book sellers.
