About This Item

New York: Doubleday, 2001. reprint. As New. 8vo.. stiff wrappers xvii + 506pp., b/w pls., maps, plans, index, Why do Westerners always defeat their racial & cultural inferiors from the East ? Early chapters on Greek Warfare & Carthage are excellent o/w possibly the most asinine and abysmally reasoned military book I have seen in the last ten years. Author really believes that the Vietnam War could have been won by the US ! This is definitely worth reading
