New York: Appleton-Century-Crofts Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, undated other than copyright date of 1960 (but probably published in 1961, one year after the true first edition in Canada), 316 pages; very gently used copy with a clean, unmarked text; however, there is glue residue and slight damage to the paper inside both covers due to removal of a previous DJ protector, otherwise DJ spine sun faded, three tiny tears at bottom back, but still bright and attractive in new mylar protector.. First American Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
