A short treatise on the democratic governmental systems of Canada and the United States, looking at their shared history, constitutions, respective federal systems, national governments and their leader's powers and constraints on those powers. Reproduced in its entirety from the 1960 Annual Report of Distiller's Corporation - Seagrams Limited. Includes introduction by Samuel Bronfman, and frontispiece of him. and 2 middle pages map of the 2 countires with provinces/states and populations listed. Brown paper cover show both countries' coat of arms. Bottom edge and of cover and pages are rough cut. 38pp. Front cover has a very small amount of pen at bottom spine corner and a slight amount of creasing at spine. Pages clean, tight and unmarked. Scarce.
