Octavo, 156pp. Brown cloth, title stamped in gilt on spine. Stated "first printing" on copyright page. Solid text block, a fine example. In the publisher's dust jacket, $6.95 on front flap, faint wear and small pinholes to upper quarter of spine, bright illustrations, a very good example. Signed on the front free endpaper in purple pen. R. Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983) was an American architect, author, systems theorist and futurist. He published over 30 books during his lifetime, including this work. He is best remembered in popular culture for his geodesic dome designs and for popularizing terms like "Spaceship Earth.
