Near Fine in Very Good DJ. 2nd edition, revised and enlarged, near fine cloth hardcover shows some mild shelf and trace wear including bit of bowing to covers, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows touch opf rubbing and soil, bit of toning to areas of perimeter, and with edgewear that includes small closed tears. 619 pages with illustrations and maps. Still a pleasing copy of "This collection of essays, eighteen of which are new, that delineates and interprets the aboriginal life of California for all who are interested in California's first inhabitants.
