Very Good. staed fifth thousand on title page, second edition with a new preface to this "new edition" before the preface to the first. Short 8vo, red cloth, gilt titles, 292 + xxi. With tables and figures in how to calculate weight, warp and conditioning in different fabrics woven from different yarns. The advertisements in rear have detailed illustrations of textile machinery. Bookseller ticket for Lord & Nagle Co, Publishers for Textile Book Sellers, 144 Congress St Boston on front pastedown. Some abrasions to the pastedown in rear, else a solid, better than very good copy. Not uncommon in special library collections, but seldom seen available for purchase.
