Volumes are unirormly bound in red cloth with printed black spine labels and gilt spine lettering. Heavy, extra for international postage.; 6" x 9"; xvi, 448+ix,[449]-1095 pp; Volumes are lighty rubbed esp at spine top/bottom and corners (Volume I a bit more), solid and square bindings, no inscriptions. Scattered underlining in Volume I (much in pencil, some ink as well), a few pages with faint marginal toning at upper right corner. Volume II is clean and unmarked within. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
