Lacquered spine and a couple of spots on front. Does not hinder text./None.. Reed has a love affair with Forrest and not so Davis and West Pointers in general. Conclusions unsubstantiated. Reed recaps the Southern position of States rights, slavery, etc. Detailed discussion of the KKK and how it saved the South from anarchy.

(For sure this book will not be republished in this PC world).
