London: R. A. Everett & Co., 1902. Not stated. Hardcover. Poor/No jacket. 282 pages. From the sporting novels of Nat Gould series. A novel set on the racetrack. Yellow illustrated boards with red and black titles. Advertisement for Brooke's Monkey Brand Soap on back cover. Cover is in poor condition, scrubbed, worn and bumped, part of spine cover missing, titles fairly legible, front hinge almost broken, spotting of end papers, first section of pages to page three detached and laid in, rest of binding a little loose, all pages present as far as I can determine, some tanning, small tears in some page top edges, back hinge starting.

Average size, measures 5 x 7 1/2 inches.
