Hardback very small, no jacket, good condition, rebound (decorative cover, new endpapers), pages little toned & creased, edges untrimmed, some minor foxing, minor edgewear. 162 pp. English Translation of title: 'Brother Morits, the Eccentric, or the Settlement for the Pelew Islands, Play in three Acts.' A play by the popular and prolific German playwright, August von Kotzebue (1761 - 1819) here translated into the Dutch language. (No date, but about 1790s and 1800s, from similar editions in Worldcat.)
