London: Putnam & Co. Ltd., 1969. Green cloth on boards with gilt titles and a couple of tiny spots to front of cover, otherwise a clean cover. Edges: top-edge once green now somewhat faded, just a few foxing streaks to bottom edge and a small smudge to bottom edge corner. Eps: booksellers sticker to fep foot. Clean glossy contents. Comprehensive b/w illustrations. Binding is As New albeit being a heavy book feels a touch loose. 742p Dj: light few only scratches. Top and bottom edges with wear, small tears, splits and chips. Head & foot of spine with a 3cm open tear/ hole. Price-cut to front flap foot. Small open half-circle hole to rear top-edge. Large & heavy book: 285 x 225mm / nearly 4 kgs.. Second Impression. Hb. VG-/VG.
