Jonathan Ball Publishers, 2002. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Signed. The boards are in an excellent condition and appear as new. Minor scuffing can be noticed at the edges though. There is a previous owner's award slip - fixed onto the half title page and an author's signature on the title page. Internally clean and tightly bound. Complete with 465 pages.
