Tight and solid sewn binding. Endpapers have tape marks from when jacket was taped to boards. Frontspiece: Dunfermline Abbey: The Bruce, in gold and black tones. Pages fine--very clean and free from any markings, lightly toned. Gold and white jacket is clean on front, rubbed down fold-over edge, back side lightly soiled along upper edge and part of fold-over edge.
