Colour-illustrated softcovers, cover art of Boers & African drovers driving an oxen wagon loaded with wheat by Richard Caton Woodville, Jr. (1856-1927), colour illustrated ad on back cover for Gold Medal Flour (minor dustsoiling at spine, fore-edges, minor creasing to spine, slight tidemark to lower right corner), still VG copy. First edition of this scarce trade magazine for wheat & flour milling companies, and commercial bakeries touting the latest trends and information. Of special interest in this issue is the extended article of Jesse & Frank James time spent hiding out in Nashville, TN following the deaths of most of the Youngers in which they masqueraded as farmers and horse race owners, meeting at the local grain merchant’s warehouse.
