Hardcover in gilt decorated and lettered cloth boards; lxxvii, 555 pages with frontis illustration and additional portraits, facsimilies, etc.. Subjects: Massachusetts--History--Colonial period, ca. 1600-1775. A Presentation copy - inserted between the title page and frontis is a small presentation page stating: Compliments of Frederic W. Cook. Essentially a reprint and report on the history of 'Of Plimoth Plantation,' an original log kept by Governor Bradford about the colony from its founding until 1647. Very good overall condition with owner signature and stamping on front end pages, no other marking, NOT EX-LIBRARY. (frnc)
