Textblock is in German. Clean pages and illustrations with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to half title page, free endpaper and pastedowns. Ownership plate stuck to reverse front cover. Binding remains firm. Paper covers have moderate edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and curling to corners. Gilt lettering is darkened. Minor tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Visible wear marks to covers.
