A well-researched and authoritative study of the sextant. Some minor off-setting to edges of first and last pages; some cracking to top of last page; light browning to bottom of front cover of book; d/w has small losses to spine with a couple of short tears (longest 14mm); d/w has minor scuffing to bottom of front panel; else a very good copy, in a good only d/w, of a 1949 printing. D/w now protected in a detachable, non-adhesive, clear sheaf.. 1949 Edition In Dustwrapper. Hardback. Very Good/Good Only.
