Illustrated with frontispiece and six colour tipped in plates. Collated complete. A collection of writings on the saints of Quakerism, with stories including: The Angel of Beverley, The Shepherd of Pendle Hill, Scattering the Seed, Wrestling for God, and many others. Written by Lucy Violet Hodgkin, a British writer. Illustrated by Frederick Caley Robinson, an English artist, book illustrator, and theatre set designer. In the original full beige cloth binding. Externally. smart with light shelf wear and rubbing to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the board. Minor loss to the front title label. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with light spotting to the endpapers. Very Good
