Folio Society, 2005. Hardcover. Very Good. 2005. First Edition Thus. 265 pages. No dust jacket, Folio edition with slipcase. Pictorial paper covered boards with green cloth to spine and slipcase. Black and white and colour illustrations throughout. Preface by Julian Barnes. Illustrated by Sophie MacCarthy and John Minton. Book is in better condition than most examples of this age. Neat, clean, well bound pages with very minimal foxing, tanning and thumbing. Small inscriptions and neat labels may be present. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Slipcase has light edge wear with minor markings to panels.
