Large 8vo, cream colored cloth with duck illustration on top cover, and brown lettering on top cover and spine, no dust jacket, illustrated, xiii, 13-540 pp. Binding a little soiled and stained, bookplate, slight aging but internally the contents are bright and clean; very good. A richly illustrated volume on duck hunting, including 16 color plates and paintings and drawings by Lynn Bogue Hunt. This work s essentially a collection of duck hunting stories from Alberta to Romania. However the author includes an appendix that gives some practical advice on the subject, such as, flight speed of birds, modern decoys, and boats and blinds.
