London: Oxford University Press, 1963. First edition. Original Cloth. Near Fine. 4 3/8 x 6 3/4 inches. 213 numbered pages. Small inscription to ffep. Bound in green cloth with gilt title to front board and spine. The Church of South India is the result of the union of churches of the Anglican, Methodist, Congregational, Presbyterian and Reformed tradition. It was inaugurated in September 1947 after negotiation among the churches concerned. A very interesting liturgical resource with an ecumenical spirit.
