Rockville: Quill & Brush, 1975-1986. Each is a first edition. A collection of the books we published before Putnam started publishing us in 1989. They were INSCRIBED to a bookseller, in some cases to two (one being Bev Cheney, a good friend who died a few years ago). Includes the THE BOOK OF FIRST BOOKS (1975, 1978 & 1983)--the first two are pamphlets and the third one in both forms: the hardback in dust jacket (150 copies) and the paperback (2000 copies)--BOOK COLLECTING: THE BOOK OF FIRST BOOKS, 1986 in both the hardback in dust jacket (350 copies) and the paperback (2,500 copies); and A COLLECTION OF FIRST BOOKS, 1984 in both the hardback (issued w/o dust jacket) and the paperback edition.
