About This Item

London: Methuen & Co. Ltd., 1924. First Edition . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. viii, 136pp., 8pp. (ads). Ex-library. No dust-jacket. Volume worn and admitting to soiling, though is still largely pleasant to hold. Additional exterior wear includes a number of small bumps and chips to extremities. Mild tanning to paper. A kind of moisture (perhaps from the glue used in the binding process) stain near gutter of several final leaves and front and back endpapers. Old library markings on front paste-down were blacked out with marker a long time ago. Short tear to front paste-down endpaper. Text clean. A good, sound reading copy
