Includes title page, cover letter from acquisitions editor Clair Wilcox, author's agreement contract, dedication and complete text of story collection. Blue Money was subsequently awarded the Janet Heidinger Kakfa Prize for best book of prose by an American woman published in 1999. Author's personal copy purchased from her estate.
