1926 hardcover as pictured. Binding is firm. Black cloth boards with gold stamping are soiled and worn with fraying at edges and along front hinge. Pencil notation on FFEP. Edge of text block is lightly soiled with two small dents along fore edge. Text is tanned. One page has small stains, another a small tear at lower edge. No dust jacket.
