H.P. Davis, N.Y. Feb 16/36." Norman Armour was a career diplomat, and assistant secretary of state under Truman. Includes map. No dj, rubbing, two tiny frays and a stain/dent on cover, corners slightly bumped, frontispiece illustration of Toussaint L'Ouverture is loose and slightly frayed at edges, else text clean, binding tight. NY state residents must add 8.875% sales tax. Extra $10 insurance fee for international orders (includes priority mail upgrade). Due to numerous problems, I no longer ship to Brazil
