Condition is VG+: very clean save for some tiny spots to outside bottom page edges & a light soiled spot to bottom of front board. Binding straight & strong, pages creamy white but unmarked. The unclipped DJ is VG-/Good+, with minor rubbing to extremities & a triangular tear to front cover through last word in title; else bright & colorful & nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
